Browsing the book
You can browse the book, watch the video and read the sample without an account. These features do not sign you up for marketing. The website requests pages, images and files from its host; the host receives the technical information needed to deliver them.
Reader reviews
When you submit a review, the website stores your chosen display name, optional nickname, rating, review text, submission reference and date on the server. Choose a display name you are comfortable making public. Do not include your address, contact details or other sensitive information in your review.
Publication and moderation
Your name, optional nickname, rating and text are published only after moderation and the publication consent you give in the form. We do not label a review as a verified purchase without evidence of an order. A submission can be held or declined for spam, abuse, irrelevant material or personal information.
Orders and payments
Online ordering is currently unavailable. The edition selector calculates product prices, but does not place an order, charge a payment or send an email. Payment-card information is not collected by this website.
Your choices
Reviews are optional. You can read the sample without submitting one. No advertising pixels, email subscriptions or third-party analytics are enabled. Your browser controls its own history and autofill. Review records remain on the server for moderation and display until removed by the site operator; they are not automatically deleted when you close your browser.
Privacy requests
The site operator is responsible for review records and moderation. Keep the submission reference shown after sending your review if you need to identify it to the operator. Applicable privacy rights remain unaffected. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada with a privacy concern.
